Our Story

Where It All Began

I am a pastry chef graduate of the New York Restaurant School. I grew up in an Italian home cooking and baking with my family which gave me such an appreciation and love for food. It gives me great joy to see the smiles and great feedback when people are eating something I’ve made. I love using my family’s traditional recipes and then mixing in something new to give a twist and make them my own. I use Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils in many of my creations, not only to add amazing flavor, but to add many health benefits. May all who taste what I have made be richly blessed.
