I am a pastry chef graduate of the New York Restaurant School. I grew up in an Italian home cooking and baking with my family, where I truly gained the love and passion for food. It gives me great joy to see and hear people’s delights when eating something I’ve made. I love integrating my family’s traditional recipes with something new to give it a twist I can call my own. I also use Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils in many of my creations to add amazing flavor and health benefits. May all who taste what I have made be richly blessed.
